NOV. 27, 2007, Bayonne, NJ — The BLRA Board of Commissioners last night authorized its Executive Director to accept a property easement from the City of Bayonne for a half acre parcel the city will acquire from DOT to allow open space that will facilitate pedestrian access to the Route 440 redevelopment area known as the Bayonne Crossings project. The resolution assigns the cleanup and maintenance of the parcel to Cameron Bayonne LLC.
