You are hereby notified of the following changes and clarifications to the plans and specifications for the above-referenced project:
• The Contractor is made aware that the project location is a Maritime Security (MARSEC) Level 2 Area. Only personnel possessing a “Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)” or personal identification credentials that meet MARSEC Level 2 criterion, will be allowed access to the project site. Any employees not meeting this criterion will not be authorized in the Bayonne Drydock site.
Note: You are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on Bid Form Supplement E. Failure to do so may cause rejection of your bid.
As you have been previously notified, the Public Bid Opening date has been delayed. It will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, 11:00 A.M., at the Bayonne City Hall Council Chambers.
