a. Resolutions

Resolution #081309-01 Ratifying and affirming various rights of entry/license agreements, as follows:

1) Prisma Transport Corp., 1037 Applegate Avenue, Elizabeth, New Jersey, for two parking spaces in a designated area of Pad 63 – one space for the period of October 1, 2008, through September 30, 2009, and one space for the period of July 10, 2009, through September 30, 2009, for the amount of $231.00 per space per month.

2) Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Northern Entertainment Productions, Inc., 5801 West Side Avenue, North Bergen, New Jersey, for the purpose of filming on Berth N-1 and in Building 22 on July 31 and August 3 through 4, 2009, for the amount of $9,000.00.

3) Universal Motown and Little Gino Productions, 8306 Wilshire Boulevard 32053, Beverly Hills, California, for the purpose of shooting a video in Building 13 on August 3, 2009, for the amount of $4,000.00.

Resolution #081309-02 Authorizing the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority's participation in the Pooled Note Financing Program of the Hudson County Improvement Authority.

Resolution #081309-03 Authorizing the Executive Director to make application to the Local Finance Board pursuant to N.J.S.A. 58:11B-9(a) and N.J.S.A. 40A:5A-6.

Resolution #081309-04 Authorizing/ratifying payment of the bills and expenses from July 11, 2009, through August 7, 2009, totaling $2,914,249.91.

7. Public Comment

Resolution #081309-05 Authorizing a closed session to discuss status of dealings with the United States Army and pending litigation.
