Resolution #072910-01 Authorizing a closed session, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b)(7) to discuss matters relating to litigation, contract negotiations and the attorney-client privilege.

Resolution #072910-02 Authorizing the Executive Director to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for the sale of the Landing, Loft and Point Districts at the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor and to take all actions and execute all documents necessary and required to close the Purchase and Sale Agreement, pursuant to its terms.

Resolution #072910-03 Authorizing the Executive Director to negotiate and take all actions necessary to securitize certain payments due the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority under the Purchase and Sale Agreement with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Resolution #072910-04 (i) Authorizing the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority to participate in the Hudson County Improvement Authority’s Pooled Note Financing Program, (ii) consenting to the Hudson County Improvement Authority’s application to the Local Finance Board on behalf of the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority and (iii) authorizing the Executive Director to enter into one or more loans with the Hudson County Improvement Authority and execute one or more note purchase contracts and all other documents necessary and reasonably required in connection with said loans.
