a. Resolutions

Resolution #071510-01 Ratifying and affirming a right of entry/license agreement with United Way of Hudson County, 857 Bergen Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey, commencing June 21, 2010, for the storage of furniture in Building 12 at no cost.

Resolution #071510-02 Appointing Christopher L. Patella, Esq., as the Custodian for Government Records for the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority in connection with all Open Public Records Act requests.

Resolution #071510-03 Authorizing an amendment to the agreement with Paul S. Werther, Esq., LLC / McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP for specialized legal services for the period of May 26, 2009, through May 25, 2010, extending the term of the agreement through July 15, 2010, and increasing the amount of the agreement by $81,500.00 for work that was not anticipated at the time of contract award.

Resolution #071510-04 Authorizing an agreement under the “Fair & Open” process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., with Paul S. Werther, Esq., LLC / McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP for specialized legal services for the period of July 16, 2010, through July 31, 2011, in the amount of $205.00 per hour, not to exceed $500,000.00, with a provision that would allow for an additional amount of $275.00 per hour to be paid from third-party developer escrows.

Resolution #071510-05 Authorizing/ratifying payment of the bills and expenses from June 12, 2010, through to July 9, 2010, totaling approximately $1 Million.

Resolution #071510-06 Authorizing a closed session to discuss contract negotiations and United States Army issues.
