a. Resolutions

Resolution #052109-01 Ratifying and affirming a contract with Barcia Brothers, Inc., 514 River Drive, Garfield, New Jersey, for Fence Screening Work in connection with Greenway and Security Improvements for the Bid Amount of $45,168.75 (Option A).

Resolution #052109-02 Amending an existing Agreement with LGA Engineering, Inc., for professional marine engineering consulting services in connection with the Stabilization Project at Berths E1, E2, S1 and S2 (EDA Project #01-49-08660) as directed by the EDA’s Senior Project Engineer to include specific EDA requirements at no additional cost.

Resolution #052109-03 Ratifying and affirming a right of entry/license agreement with NBC Universal and its Subsidiaries, Universal Network Television, LLC, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York, for use of an area outside of Building 23 for the purpose of filming on May 4, 2009, for the amount of $4,000.00.

Resolution #052109-04 Ratifying and affirming a lease renewal with Cameron Bayonne Urban Renewal, LLC, for the use of Building 228B as office space for a one-year period, October 1, 2008, through September 30, 2009, for the amount of $771.75 per month.

Resolution #052109-05 Authorizing the Executive Director to use the State Contracting Procedure to enter into an agreement with Consolidated Steel and Aluminum Fence Company, Inc., for fencing and screening of the perimeter of Blocks B4 and B12 for the amount of $68,640.00.

Resolution #052109-06 Adopting the Budget for Fiscal Year October 1, 2008, through September 30, 2009.

Resolution #052109-07 Authorizing/ratifying payment of the bills and expenses from April 10, 2009, through to May 15, 2009, totaling $3,393,938.48.

7. Public Comment

Resolution #052109-08 Authorizing a closed session to discuss (1) negotiations with prospective developers of the Peninsula, (2) review of the Landing, Loft and Bayonne Point Districts Request for Proposals, (3) pending litigation and (4) personnel matters.
