a. Resolutions

Resolution #021810-01 Certifying that the Application of Ports America, Inc. (Bayonne Auto Terminal, LLC) for a project within a portion of the Maritime District is consistent with the Redevelopment Plan for the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor, pursuant to Section 2.12.9 of the Redevelopment Plan.

Resolution #021810-02 Ratifying and affirming a license agreement with Perfect Circle, Inc., (Fred Schrieb) for the use of three parking spaces in a designated area at the southeast corner of Building 33 for the period of February 5, 2010, through September 30, 2010, for the amount of $693.00 per month.

Resolution #021810-03 Ratifying and affirming a license agreement with Texas Eastern Transmission, LP, for the purpose of surveying for a proposed pipeline expansion project for the period of January 27, 2010, through April 27, 2010, at no cost.

Resolution #021810-04 Authorizing the appointment of Allied Risk Management Services as the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority’s Risk Management Consultant for a one-year period, from January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010, and authorizing the Chairman and the Secretary to execute a Risk Management Consultant’s Agreement in connection with the Statewide Insurance Fund.

Resolution #021810-05 Appointing a Fund Commissioner (Christopher L. Patella) and an Alternate Fund Commissioner (Marie C. Boyle) to the Statewide Insurance Fund as required by the Fund’s Bylaws.

Resolution #021810-06 Authorizing/ratifying payment of the bills and expenses from January 16, 2010, through to February 12, 2010, totaling $2,426,112.48.
