Resolution #012110-01 Adopting the Cash Management Plan for 2010.
Resolution #012110-02 Designating The Jersey Journal as the official newspaper of the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority for Calendar Year 2010.
Resolution #012110-03 Authorizing Change Order No. 1 to the contract with New Prince Concrete Construction Co., Inc., for the Construction of Route 440/Goldsborough Drive (formerly known as Center Street) Infrastructure Improvements Project, extending the term of the contract through March 31, 2010, with no increase to the cost of the contract.
Resolution #012110-04 Authorizing the Chairman to execute a Traffic Signal Agreement with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the intersection of Route 440 and Goldsborough Drive.
Resolution #012110-05 Authorizing the Executive Director to execute any and all documents necessary to establish a mitigation area of approximately 1.7 acres in the open water in Bayonne Bay, adjacent to the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor.
Resolution #012110-06 Authorizing/ratifying payment of the bills and expenses from December 18, 2009, through to January 15, 2010, totaling $1,504,797.69.
Resolution #012110-07 Authorizing a closed session to discuss pending litigation.
Resolution #012110-08 Authorizing the Executive Director to execute a “Settlement Agreement” with Fidelco Bayonne HSN, LLC, resulting in the dismissal with prejudice of the lawsuit, entitled “Fidelco Bayonne HSN vs. the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority,” Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division/Essex County, Docket No. ESX-L-6703-09, and to refer the matter to the Municipal Council of the City of Bayonne regarding any amendments to the Redevelopment Plan which may be required to implement the intent of the settlement.
