a. Resolutions

Resolution #111909-01 Certifying review of Findings and Recommendations of the Local Finance Board made at a meeting of said Board on September 9, 2009, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:5A-6, in connection with Bayonne Crossing Project Financing.

Resolution #111909-02 Adopting a Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 2010.

Resolution #111909-03 Ratifying and affirming a right of entry/license agreement with Robot Films, 285 West Broadway, Suite 330, New York, New York, for the purpose of shooting a video inside and outside of Building 43 on November 8, 2009, for the amount of $6,000.00.

Resolution #111909-04 Ratifying and affirming an agreement with Capitol Counsel, LLC, 900 19th Street NW, Washington, DC 20006, to provide assistance in connection with issues related to the redevelopment of the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor, as it relates to the United States Army, for a three-month period for the amount of $20,000.00 per month.

Resolution #111909-05 Authorizing/ratifying payment of the bills and expenses from October 10, 2009, through November 13, 2009, totaling $1,478,754.41.

Resolution #111909-06 Authorizing a closed session to discuss pending litigation and negotiations with the United States Army.
