Resolution #101509-01 Authorizing the issuance and sale of Special Obligation Pilot Revenue Bonds (Bayonne Crossing Project) of the City of Bayonne Redevelopment Agency, authorizing the execution and delivery of an Indenture of Trust and of such other related instruments and documents and determining other matters in connection therewith.

Resolution #101509-02 Awarding a professional legal services agreement to Thomas J. Cammarata of the Law Firm of Cammarata, Nulty & Garrigan, LLC, 549 Summit Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey, to serve as General Counsel to the BLRA for the period of October 16, 2009, through September 30, 2010, for the amount of $30,000.00.

Resolution #101509-03 Authorizing/ratifying payment of the bills and expenses from September 12, 2009, through October 9, 2009, totaling approximately $1,500,000.00.

7. Public Comment

Resolution #101509-04 Authorizing a closed session to discuss pending litigation and issues relating to the United States Army.
